I would definitely say so.Stock,Aitken&Waterman's wrote & produced so many great records in the 80/90s,Trevor Horn's work with Dollar was also fantastic.Today we've got some amazing Bubblegum producers/writers-Cathy Dennis,Jewels&Stone,Topham/Twigg/Waterman etc,it's a shame this kind of music is so derided & never gets much airplay, but I suppose that's always been the case with Bubblepop[with boring British radio anyway]

Personal highlights...Kylie's What do I have to do is a gem (SAW). I really like the last S Club 7 single, complete with Mon Oncle-style video. Do Daphne & Celeste count?

Yeah definite Bubblegum,I loved the 2 first singles.Funnily enough I was doing some tracks in the same studio at the time they were recorded. They had a lot more success than me.My stuff ended up on a UK Style fashion series for which I got paid very little. It was great fun though!

The now defunct series was called 'A la Mode',my proudest moment in the series was a Bossa Nova track played while a 'Yorkie' dog was being sheared in an article on posh dogs.I'll try & send u the track if u like.
