kind of a tricky poll; p is a better mc but not by the degree that many will say he is compared to havoc. i have to vote havoc though because in the end it's the beats that make infamous pt 2 and hell on earth so relentlessly awesome; his production style is for me the apotheosis of mid 90s ny rap; grimy and menacing like the rza but with a flair for drama that puts it over the top
