haha I don't think I've even heard that song (except for a boring SNL performance I barely remember), I'm just sayin'.

out of this, I put "What It Is" and "Chopped" and "Cash Flow" and "Freeze" in the upper tier of stuff I actively like, "Can't Believe It" and "The Boss" and "Yankovic Get Loose" in the tolerable category where I don't change the station, and most of the rest I'd be happy to never heard again.

I might've voted for Charlie Wilson's "Supa Sexxy" if it was an option.

I think that kind of backlash/disinterest is still a ways off, there's still a lot of 2009 albums budgets with his name on them.

ya i guess i just look at those last singles and nothing there is really a smash. i guess the ludacris song has a chance but he had two top 2 singles off of his last album. it seems as if desperate artists like lil kim are still trying to jump off w/ a t-pain single, but i think the tay dizm single not going anywhere post-plies & post-2 pistols and ciara flopping (say what you want but it's a pretty inoffensive song at worst) kind of signals that he's already faded out

yeah but the only real threat to T-Pain ubiquity is that other dudes are having big AutoTune hits without him, and even then the biggest guys (Wayne/Kanye/etc.) are the ones that keep giving him props and working with him. the thing that makes trends really die is the arrival of a newer, bigger trend, which could happen any minute now, or could be a while.

yeah maybe. i mean, at the very least i still think he's going to be a huge force on rap/r&b radio cuz he had a pretty stellar year in that market this year and i do hope he does more the boss/cash flow/got money type songs. i do think his reign at the top of the pop charts is basically over though.

I kinda hate most of the tough guy rap anthem-type songs he does hooks on personally. I like "Cash Flow" because the production is crazy but generally I like him better on the pop/R&B tip.

Well, out of this list I voted for "Chopped & Skrewed", but Sophia Fresh "What It Is" is the best T-Pain related song this year.
