One of my favorite songs from its era. Loved it to death. Bought the record, but Salt is the only song I remember now.

He played on at least one Ian Hunter record. I didn't have cable, so I didn't know it from the video, but the radio. I liked it then and never really forgot it, but never ran into a used record in the bins. I finally looked it up on youtube not long ago myself.
I just checked his website. He played guitar on "Total Eclipse of the Heart" and "Too Late For Goodbyes". Good for him.

Okay, I haven't heard this song in gazillion years. It sounds better than I remember it. Better than a lot of early 80's chart hits anyway. I don't think I wanna listen to a whole album of him, though.
