I agree that the TVOTR album is boring as hell, though. Only cover of theirs I've ever liked has been the New Health Rock EP.

My first thought on seeing this thread title was the Gang Gang Dance album so Negotiable for the win.

Interestingly, I loved the three albums I posted with great covers, and didn't care much for the three with poor covers. Is there a correlation between cover art and one's perception of the music contained within? Doesn't the cover art set one's expectations for the music itself? I'm sure this has been discussed elsewhere...
