which is the best track on Nappy Roots' The Humdinger?

"On My Way to GA", but there may well only be 3 people on ILX who have heard this album (you, me, Whiney) and thus it's not really worth polling.

i don't really have any ideas to start off with. i just listened to this and in the best possible way, nothing stands out, because everything stands out. it's a really, really great album.

xp: Alright, I can get behind that. I had the same initial reaction, where I couldn't pick a favorite track because there were so many standouts, but by process of banging the fuck out of this album "GA" rose to the top.

if pushed i'd lean towards a top 3 of 'good day', 'no static' and 'swerve & lean' but even that feels unfair

Professor Arrington's Grade
The Humdinger tries to be all things to all people in an effort to broaden the group's fan base. In doing so, the group has compiled a disc that is more original than most mainstream work but pales in comparison to some of its earlier work. Long-time fams will wonder why the rest of the disc doesn't sound more like "Down 'n Out." With that in mind, The Humdinger earns a B-.
