I remember back in the '70s reading an article about riders. Yes
demanded lots of lentils and other vegetables, while the Rolling
Stones demanded steaks and cold meat. I concluded that you could tell
the quality of the band from the food they demanded. (N.B. This is
not guaranteed to be a flawless critical methodology.)
