Thin Lizzy do stand out in this company, but Kate Bush even more so. I only knew half of these, but I've been through them all now and it's a pretty good selection. Tough choice. The Beach Boys one is the only total dud. The stand-out performance, by a mile, is Joni Mitchell (Cat Stevens also good), and I kind of liked Paul Simon though no-one ever talks about him much.

I'm voting for Kate Bush, though, because it's such an unusual song - plus the video reminds me of these terrible Shakespeare videos we used to watch in High School English.
