Zeppelin echoes in New Wave

I'm listening to More Songs About Buildings and Food, and "I'm Not in Love" reminds me, as it always has, of Zep's ability to command stop-and-start tension. (The way it's recorded isn't dissimilar either.)

Then there's "My Sharona," whose riffy pounding has always seemed, er, not unrelated to LZ.

Thoughts?

Zeppelin are gladly to help me in my new wave, thanks.

Devo's "Satisfaction" goes nicely next to "Four Sticks" on a cassette.
