Boot of 'without me' with ragtime music...

Works really well.

Kind of interesting how well the rapping works with just piano to provide the rhythm and no drum...

Great booty. You can just picture Eminem in a Sarf Lahndan pub, with a flat cap on, banging away on the old Joanna. Not as good as my current favourite bootlegs: "I Wish I Was A Bulldog" (Skee-Lo vs the Beatles) and the amazing "One Phat Breeda" (One Phat Deeva vs The Breeders)

Matt Tuozzo rules bootlegs. Squarepusher vs Cristina Aguilera! Beastie Boys vs Autechre! Eminem vs Jega! Michael Jackson vs Global COmmunication! Gimme more in this vein, please.

It's quite good. Problem is, I hadn't heard "Without Me" yet, thought that the bootleg was the legit tune, and momentarily considered that maybe Eminem isn't the wildly overrated mook I'd been thinking that he was. Disappointment set in when dj announced bootleg nature of track. Then I heard "Without Me". Mine was the shortest fandom EVAH!

I heard the Eminem/Smiths bootleg before I heard the proper version as well, and thought "Hmmm, perhaps he isn't a fucknut".

Bootlegs: the dark side.

Not keen on the Pot Black theme tune one, it does fit nicely, but I don't care about how nice the fit is anymore - I like the ones that, erm, sound the most interesting.

It is fun to go through the list of without me bootlegs http://www.base58.com/withoutme/

I actually like the 'without nigel' one that uses XTCs making plans for nigel, despite the website complaing it is used too fast and if you can fit it in dont bother (huh? Why - I think the speeded up vocals suit the frantic skittering XTC muisc perfectly).

wow. just wow. plus, that "nobody listens to techno" line really works here

It works even better in "Breathe Without Me". Heh.
Has anyone gone the route that, at least to my ears, is the most obvious one- and laid Em's vocals over "Da Funk"?

even closer to w/o me is digital underground's "dowatchyalike"

two months pass...
Anyone know where I can download this bootleg?
Doesn't seem to want to download from that base 58 Without Me bootleg site.
