Did they do anything worthwhile aside from Can You Dig It?

And please don't say Can You Dig It wasn't worthwhile, because it was. One of those classic indie disco numbers that no-one really knows but everyone dances to... and the guitar solo bit in the middle is ace as well.

can you dig it wasn't bad, and still gets played at indie discos (um, someone was telling me recently, ahem!), but the rest of their output fell a long way short

I only just listened to Turle Soup the other day and actually its ncie enough but not a lot stood out apart from the singles (CYDI?, And the She Smiles) also they did a pretty good cover of Willow's Song from The Wickerman soundtrack.

I think the main guy Martin Coogan went on to do music for soem of Steve Coogan's comedy projects. Whether you want the Tony Ferrino album though is another matter - I think its funny enough to pick up cheap. Specially the Bjork duet and The Valley of Our Souls.

They did a cover of the Kinks' "Big Sky" which is pretty damn cool. Other than that...

seven months pass...
Interesting to note that I was lisatening to a Radio 4 comedy production the other day and within the credits it noted one Steve Coogan. Now I don't know if this is one and the same, but If anyone out there has any information about this or any other Coogan projects I should be most interested to learn.

Having lost/had stolen my entire Mock Turtles collection, when I discovered the fact recently I couldn't beleive just how rare these items were. I picked up the earlier of their albums on CD, but Two Sides seems to elude me still!
