Getting a bit boring with all those extremely old lists, so I thought I'll start from the top instead. Probably more familiar stuff to you, plus the Norwegian/Scandinavian stuff is easily available on Youtube and much less embarrassing

Voting Killers myself, although "Hold On Be Strong" is surely a great contender up there.

good to see norway's taste at least as bad as britain's.

or something, Friday, 27 February 2009 04:10 (seventeen years ago)

or is that bad to see? i don't know any more. tired etc.

The US taste is way worse. At least Norway and UK have both gotten over the R&B/hip-hop thing and moved on.

Funny how Scandinavian girls are fit as fuck yet Scandi males are all piggy-eyed ugos.

DavidM, Friday, 27 February 2009 22:58 (seventeen years ago)

Apart from green-haired teen Erlend Bratland (and the girls love him!), the average age of the males in the 2008 chart toppers is probably twice the one of the females. At least unless you count the last one, where the boys and the girls are all around 14-15.

Would vote this as Geir #1 hit of forever.

The winner here is kind of weird, as "Kids" was probably a hype/cheat. It went straight in at number one, and then, next week, it wasn't in the list at all and never returned. Very suspicious performance. Still better than most of the other songs that hit #1 in 2008 though.

This is the first thread where I find myself agreeing with Geir and not just once, but twice!
