the only reason why i didn't smoke in the last 7 months is that quitting was much more difficult than i thought. before i had always assumed i could stop at any day but i never stopped for more than 4 weeks. i don't want to waste all that energy i have put into not smoking!

Last summer i remember thinking it weird that, when walking around the city, i'd noticed more people smoking cigarettes than usual (ie. not just outside bars) with many of them being younger women.
