don't know much of this...I'm a HUGE Rocca fan but don't know that song. I know Rocca was involved with a Secession 12" at some point, that was more of a housey/freestyle thing.

Nyam Nyam had a great 12" on Factory Benelux produced by Be Music that appears on the Cold as Ice comp of Be Music/Dojo productions on LTM.

Situation Two are pretty unsung...they put out all those Associates singles and their comp, Fourth Drawer Down.

But gotta go w/ No Bulbs. The Call for Escape Route EP is one of my favorite Fall releases. Draygo's Guilt, Clear Off and the free 7" w/ Slang King 2.

Dan, I had no idea you liked The Fall! :)

Secession put out a couple of good 12"es, yes. The Nyam Nyam track on this comp is very, very different from the danceable Fate/Hate 12" you're speaking of. It's very laid-back stuff and I adore the EP it comes from, hell I still have it and want to pull it out, now.

Before deciding getting pissed onstage with the Vaselines was a better idea

Who doesn't like the Fall?

Been a fan ever since seeing the Victoria video on MTV in 1989 or so.

I don't like The Fall - except for "Cruiser's Creek" - so went with Tones On Tail. "Christian Says" is so, so good.

Poor "Hollow Horse"! Pretty decent track at the time IIRC.

This seems as good a thread to revive as any -- for those interested in Nyam Nyam per Bimble's take I've quoted:
