This may not be on the wavelength Paul is aiming at, but...
I discovered a CD called Shut Up Kitty with a bunch of industrial covers of all kinds of pop (Beatles, Madonna) and it is 70 minutes of the ripest velveeta. The growling industrial vocal style kept killing what would've been interesting music.
