Song ID? dance pop

it's got, i dunno a pretty pulsing beat that doesnt change, lots of synth chord stabs that play on the beat i think. a girl sings, real take charge voice like donna summer could do. the lyrics to the chorus go something like:

da da da da da da da
you know you know da da da da da da da zone (i think it says zone)

someone was playing it loud in their car on the street and i walked toward the car cause i thought it was coming from somewhere else and couldnt see the person and i saw them freaking out so i couldnt get close enough to hear the rest. i think there was kind of a faster sung section, almost rapping.
