Does anyone remember a hilarious commercial for K-Mart's (I think) record department featuring a punk rocker?

Here's how I remember it:

It was a commercial contrasting the simple, easy virtues of buying records at K-Mart with the bewildering and intimidating experience of shopping at record stores. So an everyman enters a record store staffed by a punk rock dude and a ditzy girl. The punk rocker shouts "WHAT?!?!?!" at him in closeup while another closeup shows the ditzy girl dragging a needle across the entire length of an LP. I don't think the everyman actually made it to K-Mart because I recall the last shot being him in the foreground with the punk rocker smashing a record over ditzy girl's head in the background.

So does anyone remember this?
Was it really for K-Mart?
And does it exist anywhere on the interwebs?
