i'm working on a piece, gonna run in the fall, and i've got to mention a couple of CDs (it's a sort-of review roundup). but they want them to be relatively new in oct/nov/dec. scratching my head trying to find a good resource for this stuff... if any actual music journos have any advice i would totes appreesh!

I check http://www.metacritic.com/music/upcomingreleases.shtml but schedules change all the time and I'm no music journo so maybe they'd know a more comprehensive/complete resource
