I've heard from people that these guys are wrongly lumped in with hair metal, but were actually rather innovative and demonstrated a wide variety of styles on their albums. I think one allmusic review actually compares one of their albums to Smashing Pumpkins (not that this necessarily confirms the previous statement, of course)! I had "Water" and I quite liked the song "Sgt. Steve", which seemed to be about homophobia and fake tough-guy attitudes in the military. "The God of 42nd Street" I think was about a drug dealer. I saw a great cover of "Love is On the Way" on YouTube (will post if I find it again), and "I Love You" was inescapable in Asia in the early 90s. Anyone here like them or recommend them?
