Is this ile? Where am I?

What about light and the night?

I think I understand the urge to write about dreams and perception, though, because those are things that belong only to the writer and seem more unique. The problem is that no one gives a shit about any one else's dreams.

ya'll are the ones who don't know things (Z S), Friday, 26 June 2009 03:15 (fifteen years ago)

I think he's talking about the rhyme.

A lot of people care about other people's dreams. Some people just have interesting dreams. Or fictional dreams might be important.

yeah I am 100% down with writing about dreams and 100% opposed to "...dream/[linefill linefill linefill]what it seem(s/ed)"

My pet peeve hate rhyme is "hero"/"de Niro", which has been done by a ton of rappers.

light and night no problem because they don't recur in the exact same forumulation the way dream & seem do
ditto blue/you
dream/seem is a uniquely heinous offender that demeans both user & listener, and it must be stopped

Hm, fire/desire is a lot worse if you ask me

My fave is stop/slop (although I'm not 100% certain what this thread is even about). Can you name the genius rap ballad?
