Tribute to Michael Jackson a Synth Question about "Bad"

Does anyone know what synths was used to make "Bad" by Michael Jackson
I know for a fact that MIDI was well established and that the D-50 which was new
was used in a small capacity. I also know that the Atari ST was probably used
to make the DX like bass sounds. I know the DX-7 was definetly used here. Where
there any others.
