I thought I was going crazy for a second. . .

I really dislike the new "[time] passes" formatting. The line from before was elegant and did the job of breaking the thread up into chapters. At least make [time]passes a different font so I can see easily where the new posts are on a thread.

It has a kind of negative wistful quality. "Time passes...", the tap drips into an empty sink and the limescale slowly builds up. Leaves pile up in the streets, post piles up behind the door, another month goes by without anyone discovering the lonely pensioner passed away in his own front room.

The best is when Alex in NYC is in full challops mode and then it says "Five years later" and it's Alex again, still challopsy after all these years.

Some of the stylesheets have different formatting on this message, so the old one has an underline along with it and so on, so what style it is will change w.r.t. what you've chosen as your stylesheet. Happy to take suggestions, but please just be aware that I can't make everyone happy all of the time.

one thing truly awesome about the "...passes" format is that if somebody wakes up a thread to post a zing, the "2 years pass..." thing sorta takes the wind out of it - "4 years pass, and then J0hn finally came up with a semi-witty response"

I like how the Dramatic Film Score strings just kind of come in and do their own thing with no care as to whether they are in concordance with the rest of the song's harmonic structure. very rza.
