A little beside the point maybe, but Primus has an album/EP that starts with the exact same tune as the preceding album/EP, making you think for a minute they put the wrong disc in at the record store.

when I bought Toto's Greatest Hits I heard an uber-r&b and somewhat hiphoppy track opening up the album ...and realized it was that clown Jean-Michel Byron who had briefly taken over and recorded crap even worse than what toto did in their prime with them
