Went for Love Is A Sign, just edging out Streets Of Your Town and Devil's Eye.

"Love Is a Sign" for me, though the whole albums slays.

I hate titles of polls like this one -- makes it near impossible to find the poll in search, once it gets buried.

I just wish he hadn't adopted the "ilxor" moniker (ilxor), Monday, 3 August 2009 15:58 (sixteen years ago)

My fave is "Love Goes On!" because Grant is trying to get through what's happening in the happiest way possible.

I was about to decry "Streets Of Your Town" not winning but I see it won the last time this was polled. Like much of this period, these songs are better live.

"I'm Allright" is marvelous -- it's the oboe solo that seals it.

I actually got to see them live during this tour!! One of the very few "haha! I was there" experiences I can lord over music geeks. Magical!

During the, er, problematic John Willsteed days!

live recordings from that tour sure are edgier than the album! must be Lindy's drumming there -- kinda all over the place, but still great.

willsteed always seems to get a bad rap

badpowderfinger (electricsound), Tuesday, 11 August 2009 23:42 (sixteen years ago)

although tbf he occasionally brings it on himself

I have nothing but praise for his contributions, especially the flamenco guitar.
