the song titles certainly suggest that this will be an Air album.

I will never forgive these guys. There is only one true Air.

that's a hilariously off-putting cover

Sing Sang Sung video: awesome! Sing Sang Sung: less so. Reminds me of the weaker parts of the Darkel album.

I'm embarrassed to say I've never listened -- or at least never paid attention to -- Air before.

I just downloaded Talkie Walkie from Lala, tho, so I aim to correct my negligent ways.

Not liking it. Too reminiscent of Moon Safari sonically but with less compelling songs than that album. After the sleepy beauty of the last album this is a bit of a letdown. I think losing Nigel Godrich as producer may have been a poor move for the boys.

Pitchfork only given this album a 4.0 today, that was a major blow to a band like AIR.

it does just feel like backround music so i doubt i will play it often. pleasant enough though.

I disagree with many things in that review, particularly because it calls the best and most romantic song on the album ("Tropical Disease") the worst. It's not my favorite Air album and there are no strong singles/standouts, but it is elegant and very listenable and it's a great way to wind down a quiet afternoon while the summer fades away.

3 favourites: So Light Is Her Footfall, Missing The Light Of Day and Night Hunter

I grew to like how quietly bleak the last one was - Sing Song is not raising my hopes up

Really liking this, alhtough I've liked all their albums. Amazing and rich production, too.

I like that they printed the entire lyrics to "Love" in the booklet.

this album is just alright, everything else AIR has released is miles better. i do feel it worth a little bit of time and is better then most would have you believe.
