Sam Kills Two, anyone?

I was told about a band called Sam Kills Two a while back and have since bought their debut album. It's a
stunning piece of work and is a firm favourite in my collection already.
The amount of forms of media and formats by ways of getting music out to people nowadays have created a very
murky atmosphere for good music to swim through in order to surface. This new musical milieu has certainly made
it easier for Joe Blogg to get his music out but I doubt if it has made it any easier for the real good ones.
Was it easier for bands/artists to get recognised in the 70's than it is today or is it just the same?
Sam Kills Two can't stay underground much longer surely, awesome band, thanks for being true to yourselves.Check them out
