Example -- ripping the Brap collection from Skinny Puppy just now, released in 1996, and there's a whole panel of instructions in the Dave McKean CD art layout about 'Enhanced CD Installation Instructions' (System .5 or Windows 95 recommended).

The window that automatically pops up includes a folder for QuickTime 2.1 and a text file entitled 'Click here if you have Netscape'

I think I have a couple of albums that have the then-current version of the website as enhanced content. Cuz jeez guys, not all of your fans are college kids with access to the inter-net.
