Anyone else care about this album? I remember my parents playing it a lot when I was a kid (my dad toured with them for a stint I think? idk.)

so anyway, im listening to it again for the first time in uh forever and its kind of incredible - prog something with some super weird stuff going, and electric violin and and wow i missed this album.

Being of a certain age, I heard this band and the others fronted by LaFlame many times live.
Excellent album, though allegedly all the hefty advance $$ was spent on drugs and the production, both state-of-the-art at that time.
I still spin it upon occasion.

found this years ago in the dollar bin. didnt think much of it at the time. my tastes have changed considerably since then and now i like it a lot. great little record...

I always thought the cover was really great on this one. I've got it on vinyl and listened to it a couple of times, but it has been a few years.

I am jamming this right now on youtube. It's definitely a hidden treasure. "the jefferson airplane i always wanted to happen" is an apt description.

this album is priced between 4-6 dollars at every single used record store in the u.s.

this album is all-time. i almost agree that it's the best thing to come out of the 60s west coast psych era, but that's a pretty tall order. i like how it constantly floats between dreamy and wracked (even within the same song)

that would be sweet, need to bring in my acoustic for fixin'

this is decidedly not what i expected this to sound like all those times i'd be restocking record store's shelves and come across it.
