y'all always means at least two people. there is no singular y'all.

it's really not unusual for "y'all" to mean two - it's just "you, plural," not "you all, usually lots of you"

voted "lucky" for sentimental reasons

and as noted in other threads on the subject, when the "you" gets bigger than a small group, it properly becomes "all y'all."

it's basically a way better produced lily allen's "22", brit is super tolerable vocally, killer hook and bridge, and cool video (havent seen it since i was uh, 11, but remember it being dope")
