This label should also have something out this year from a Glasgow group called Moon Unit (nee Nackt Insecten Trio) I believe, who are absolutely amazing live. I have high hopes for the recorded output.

Those 7"s sound interesting.
Talking of seeing live, I saw Glockenspiel off that there list last year and was surprised to find that they ROCKED! I mean in a propulsive drums-all-over-the-place way that the CDs (which are also pleasant) do not.
I take it Moon Unit feature him out of Nackt Insecten, then? Just asking, like. Have been digging some of his recent synthier works, but this scene really doesn't want to make it easy for a casual observer like me to keep up.

Yeah, Moon Unit is Mr. Nackt Insecten on guitar, plus a guy on synth/effects/whathaveyou and an absolutely blazing drummer. Very exciting. It's psychedelic free-form spaceship improv rock of the highest order.
Check out his guitar face, got to love a man giving his all like that...

looking forward to the moon unit lp!
glockenspiel are awesome, but your right their yet to release anything that sounds like their live duo jams...i think there's some new releases more akin to the live shows coming soon.

New Our Love Will Destroy the World LP out now!
http://krayonrecordings.net
Jawdropping new collection of crop circles etched in sonic candy-floss by former Birchville Cat Motel noise-farmer Campbell Kneale. Rated by the horses mouth as the best thing he ever made, EVER, ‘Blue Eyes Are My Reward’ shimmers like an icicle-clad forest resplendent in its own crystalline magnificence. Snakecharming groove, dublike boomph, and bleary eyed strum blast the path out of a decidedly greying world of so-so metalized-myspace-drone, into a miniaturized drone-prairie of superpowered starshine and dazzling stellar-commotion. Beyond the tyrannous clutches of omnipresent zeroes and ones, the macro and micro merge into an all encompassing nowhere of sound, each expansion checked by equal contraction like Messiaen's ‘modes of limited transportation’ scrambled by the Large Hadron Collider and replayed by one of those little twinkly watch reflections that occasionally dance around on the roof. Beautiful. 180g Vinyl, everything by Campbell.
