yeah rev i figured after a while that's what you might have been trying to do (although i'd assumed 'lemonade' and luda 'hoe' were singles - wrongly by the looks of things) but i still don't really get why you'd impose that restriction in this particular instance - like, i'm sure the poll winner would probably have come out of one of the singles set anyway but there's less of the funner shit that people might care enough to squabble over in the meantime. enjoyed digging through the old stuff in a fit of pique anyway though so whatevs.

I remember in I think an interview Luda saying "Hoe" was the next single when "Southern Hospitality" was out, but I guess they realized that MTV and most radio stations wouldn't even air the title and scrapped it. Always thought it was crazy that that album had 2 huge singles and then no 3rd.

i've been sitting on a shondrae + luda poll for a while now, just way too lazy to make it

i'm gonna vote for "bossy" altho "what's your fantasy" is def a top 10 single of the 2000s for me

"beam me up" was my ringtone for a long time

I'd probably vote for "RPM" if it was included, from the list I'll plump for "What's Your Fantasy" but several of these I need to check out or listen to again. With both of my top two it's really the performances that put them over the line, though the music is awesome with both.
