Hope for Haiti Now Tribute Poll

Because in between the awful performances (omgwtflol Sheryl Crow, Kid Rock, & Keith Urban) there were some pretty great ones (Jennifer Hudson resurrecting a song I didn't need to hear covered again, Wyclef gettin' all "Yele"). Plus, by my count, there are at least seven beloved ILM artists on here. What say ILM? Is it the weird combination of Dave Matthews and Neil Young? Timberlake channeling his Buckley?

Dammit. Forgot one. No one was going to vote for Coldplay anyway, were they?

Justin Timberlake, with Christina and Alicia not far behind.

Madonna's performance makes a strong case for autotune.

I actually thought the Coldplay unplugged schtick was pretty sweet & I'm normally Coldplay Hater #1

for me the Psalm that Wyclef opens with is so gorgeous & horrifying & total that really nothing can compete with it: it's a trump card for me, just an immediate "oh my God" moment

WHen this was on on Friday, I saw up through the Christina performance before going out, and Coldplay was the only one I actually liked as a performance.

Apologies for forgetting the Coldplay! Didn't think that would have been so great. I only saw from Sting on during the original broadcast.

It has to be Wyclef. The psalm was a killer.
