Too bad they couldn't (or wouldn't) lisence a couple of old Bobby O tracks, but still an interesting album to poll.

I adore the "big eighties production" (Tennant's words) on the seven-inch version of "A Man Could Get Arrested." The chord change is more pronounced when played with guitar-bass-drums ("Why don't we do it NOW?!" part), so I'll vote for it because no one else will. But, jesus, "In The Night," the extended version of "Love Comes Quickly" (whose 12" sleeve hangs on my wall), "Jack the Lad," and the Italian remix of "Paninaro" – all monumental.

Apples and oranges, I know. Some might go for their excellent b-sides, others may end up voting for some 12 inch mix they really like. And in later polls there may also be the occasional single edit or simply non album singles. But starting with the beginning. Personally I like the b-sides best here, and I am picking "Was That What It Was?" just ahead of "In The Night" and "A Man Could Get Arrested".
