Goon's Anatomy (J0rdan S.), Saturday, 30 January 2010 06:11 (sixteen years ago)

i voted keep goin'. not for the stupid reason some people do (OMG ONLY TRAK HE RILLY SINGS ON) but because it's just raw emotion in a really quick dose.

in close second i would say is can't believe it.

btw...does anybody laugh at how ridiculous DJ Khaled gets at times? almost wish he guested on everything

Ponger12, Saturday, 30 January 2010 06:14 (sixteen years ago)

yes, on many, many occasions we have laughed at how ridiculous dj khaled gets

Goon's Anatomy (J0rdan S.), Saturday, 30 January 2010 07:40 (sixteen years ago)

I want to hear DJ Khaled read the above post.

zvincter (The Reverend), Saturday, 30 January 2010 07:42 (sixteen years ago)

this album was a big disappointment to me, Epiphany and Rappa Ternt Sanga both kick its ass imo

voted for "Reality Show" just ahead of "Chopped N Skrewed" and "Karaoke"

as genuine a white mainstream talent as you are going to get (some dude), Saturday, 30 January 2010 08:31 (sixteen years ago)

six months pass...

Change is pretty awesome even if it has that cringeworthy lyric

funky brewster (San Te), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:05 (fifteen years ago)

which?

J0rdan S., Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:06 (fifteen years ago)

"i'll turn every bullet into a Hershey's Kiss, and we can eat away our fear"

funky brewster (San Te), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:08 (fifteen years ago)

oh, right

J0rdan S., Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:08 (fifteen years ago)

i was listening to epiphany the other day for the first time in a while and I kind of miss T-Pain, thats a classic album

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:10 (fifteen years ago)

i've been listening to this cd today because I lost it about a year ago and just found it in a Lil Wayne case (I love when I do stupid shit like that)

funky brewster (San Te), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:10 (fifteen years ago)

both the albums are great, shame that he fell the fuck off

J0rdan S., Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:13 (fifteen years ago)

weird how so all over everything he was last year and I've gone most of 2010 without hearing him....unless I feel like seeing him play that bit part in Lottery Ticket

funky brewster (San Te), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:14 (fifteen years ago)

was he all over everything last year? I honestly don't remember any '09 T-Pain songs

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:17 (fifteen years ago)

besides that one with Busta and Maybach Music II

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:18 (fifteen years ago)

09 was pretty quiet for him, aside from "blame it"

J0rdan S., Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:18 (fifteen years ago)

his peak was definitely '07

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:18 (fifteen years ago)

that maino song & "i'm on a boat" but none of those were smashes or anything

J0rdan S., Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:19 (fifteen years ago)

oh yeah that maino song that sounds like that t.i. song

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:20 (fifteen years ago)

I'm on a Boat wasn't a smash unless you live right near a college of white fratboys who TALK ABOUT IT NONSTOP. I mean I thought it was funny too but some people never moved onto anything else. I guess that's why I may have overfelt his presence.

The song is old now and everytime the local karaoke host turns it on, white people be goin nuts at this college-area bar I go to.

funky brewster (San Te), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:24 (fifteen years ago)

yeah the decline of T-Pain was really steep and depressing -- Thr33 Ringz wasn't remotely as good as the first 2 albums, his hooks got worse and worse, he handled the whole "D.O.A." thing really badly, and now he's saying he's not releasing his album until people start buying music again but really just means his first couple attempts at singles flopped.

some dude, Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:43 (fifteen years ago)

& it's weird cuz it's not like he's totally fallen out of public consciousness either -- "blame it" was huge & "all i do is win" has been a pretty big hit this year (esp as far as rap songs go) & yet it really hasn't led to anything of note on the solo front

J0rdan S., Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:46 (fifteen years ago)

yeah that whole "d.o.a." situation was a major L for him, with him ambushing the stage during Jay-Z's performance at summerjam lmao... obviously his popularity was on the decline before then and the auto-tune backlash was already brewing, but that moment was kind of the kicker

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:48 (fifteen years ago)

jay-z is such a lame

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:48 (fifteen years ago)

i just realized that he's pretty much completely been replaced by Drake as the sometimes rapping, sometimes singing artist showing up on everyone's songs

J0rdan S., Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:50 (fifteen years ago)

i wonder who will replace Drake

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:51 (fifteen years ago)

diggy simmons

J0rdan S., Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:53 (fifteen years ago)

that is actually very likely :-\

i am so confused as how it went from "wow, rev run's little son can actually spit a little bit" when that video of him rhyming over "made u look" dropped to DIGGY IS THE FUTURE NEXT GREATEST EMCEE within like 2-3 months.

/ (The Brainwasher), Sunday, 29 August 2010 18:55 (fifteen years ago)

Pm dawn is gonna make a comeback

funky brewster (San Te), Sunday, 29 August 2010 21:02 (fifteen years ago)

yo this is vintage!

J0rdan S., Monday, 30 August 2010 03:16 (fifteen years ago)

altho i am sort of terrified by the thought of fucking to jeezy

J0rdan S., Monday, 30 August 2010 03:16 (fifteen years ago)

feel like that would lead to unintended domestic violence charges

J0rdan S., Monday, 30 August 2010 03:17 (fifteen years ago)

yeah this is classic t-pain right here, that hook is priceless. A MILLI A MILLI!

/ (The Brainwasher), Monday, 30 August 2010 03:17 (fifteen years ago)

yeah this is nice
