I thought it would be interesting to revive this concept by asking each of you to sum up the 2000-09 decade in music -- in TEN WORDS OR LESS.

We've all read the long-form essays by critics and fans alike, seen a continuous stream decade-end lists with Kid A at the top, and debated the most recent ten years' worth of music all over ILM. Now, I'm asking each of you to summarize MUSIC 2000-09 in ten words or less.
