Let us proclaim the greatness of Erik Voeks' Sandbox which has been rocking my car in the hopes of an early spring - - one of the top five power pop albums of all time - never encountered anyone else who has even heard it - his one and only recording (except a Christmas single and a cut on a Badfinger cover cd) - really nice tight songs with great guitar playing - very tasty and will sound better when the windows are down once again - anyone??--

Jay Bennett plays guitar on a couple tracks, Adam Schmitt produced - Voeks ended up owning a record store in St. Louis but never recorded another thing - truly one of those lost treasures if 3 to 3.5 minute perfectly crafted pop songs are your thing --
