Is this an album cover?

I think this was a real album cover but maybe it's my imagination.
It's a view from afar of people getting into spaceships to leave a dying earth. Not the Boston album cover, but little spaceships on the ground with sad, forlorn looking people filing into them as the background shows a landscape that looks unlivable.
