Playing the Bowery Electric channel on Pandora and right before I shut the browser down I'm given .000023 seconds to see an album cover that has:
-The word London-A gray 3D face, old-school Myst-like graphics-A blue background behind the head-Something that resembles a web, like a virtual grid-Also pretty sure along with "London" is the word "Future"
I've seen images of this album occasionally around ILM.... anybody able to ID it?

I need to identify this album by an American rapper based on its cover... The album was from the early 90s, I think, and the cover had the rapper in a "wacky" pose, and all around him were these colourful dots, floating in the air. I can't remember the name of the rapper, but the album was called something like "the candy cane rapper", though I can't find anything on Google with those exact words.

Hm sorry no dots on that

The era is right, but I don't think the rapper was anyone who ever had that much success. Basically it's an album that people remember mostly because of the goofy cover. And I'm sure it was a solo rapper, so no duos or groups.
