I'd throw some T-Pain autotune on there, give it a little country-swing beat, with a dubstep breakdown in the middle

it's an ancient message board dedicated to a song by another Canadian artist in which I think many of the posts are sincere, some of them are fake, and it all comes together in a way so that it doesn't matter which are which -- a lot like Ivan's lyrics for the first two incredible albums by Men Without Hats
