Thanks to HBO playing this endlessly when I was a kid, I had seen this about seven times before I ever saw the original. Michelle Pfieffer in this was probably my first crush ever.

Abbott, xoxoxoxoxooxox for this poll. I adore every minute of this film and still have the soundtrack on vinyl. And I can still call up each of these songs except "Charades" and "Brad" (I vaguely recall the latter as being whiny and not a complete song...).

Anyhoo, "Reproduction" VERY easily. It gave the fine homosexual actor Tab Hunter a (great) job and is in the fine Broadway/movie musical tradition of using heterosexuality as shtick.

A friend recently pointed out something to me I never noticed before. Chapter Two of their textbook starts on page five (the song says so) which means Chapter One was REALLY short.

Ha, I always scanned that as the fifth page of chapter 2, though clearly that's wrong.

The soundtrack is the only one I've ever picked up on CD, cassette, and vinyl. I only have the movie on VHS though.

When I used to work at a movie/music store, there was a guy who would special order three or four copies of Grease 2, every couple weeks or so, to give to people he thought needed to see it. That guy was my hero.
