i didn't know what the phrase was after "hey soul sister" for the longest time (i assumed it was like "...must'a missed ya..." or just plain gibberish) until one of the little kids i worked with sang along to it last week. pretty retarded rhyme, sure, but this song is still great

Whenever reviewers quote lines out of songs, they are almost always stupid, even when they're supposed to be trying to show how great the song is. Rock and pop lyrics are just stupid outside the context of the music. But that's okay. Here's an old one that had me giggling just like when I was 16: ""MTV get away from me...I say Music Television/Should be covered in jism."
