Dangerous Confessions: 8 is my fav Super Roots. Even over 7.

The first time I heard Boredoms was on a radio broadcast by Andy Ear1es. I think it may have been a song from SR2.
I should probably vote for it just for that reason. I taped the broadcast, so I got to know that song pretty well.
It was nice to hear that stuff on the radio in Memphis, even if Andy was always a dick when he was working at the record store.

no, 7 really is the default, and it would have crushed the poll. came in top 20 in lj's recent alternate 90s survey.

Will probably vote for the one with the choir (after I figure out which # that is) bcuz it is the closest thing to an official recording of the standard vooredoms set circa 2006-2008.

I need all of these. Except 10 which I have already and is ace. Not voting. 7 would have swept this by like 20 points but I don't think that matters; it's like saying Mulholland Dr would sweep a Lynch poll (oh look, Blue Velvet got QUITE close...maybe SR6 is their Blue Velvet)

I'm going to watch Blue Velvet tonight, btw. I've not seen it before.

I saw a copy at either Time Bomb in Osaka or Jet Set in Kyoto and it was like ~$250US and this was before the resurgence of the Boredoms in the early 2000s, I got all the super rare 12"s and EPs for about $10-15US when they too were all OOP just for comparison.

Thanks to sonderangerbot's comments I revisited 9 this morning while on my way to work. I was running pretty late and sprinting down this street in the rain and the music made me feel like a hero.
