some of the 70's library music became rather popular with 'outernational sound' by Thievery Corporation. 2004 and later the blogs were plastered with reviews of back catalog 70s library music. so...what about the hidden gems of todays production music? are there any? is this a hopeless search?since this is a b2b market its not very accessible but i'm sure some of the more curious are combing through.KPM still exists (since 230 years now, whoa) and i know of Audionetwork PLC with 1000s of tracks in their library. any finds? even more music library companies with online catalogue?
