Introduce me to something weird, funny and obscure.

The only thing I've listened to for the last two days are mp3s of MC Hawking (especially "Quakemaster" and "Entropy") and Taco the Wonder Dog ("Don't Do the Squirrel!") and crave more stuff along these lines. Something weird, funny, arcane, silly, obscure and broken.
Any suggestions?

PNEUMERSHONIC. check out "hippie freakout" first. it's delightfully fucked. and also MIKE!, even though i know him and this verges on...nepotism or something.

at the risk of sounding like taco's PR man or something, i will recommend the rest of his musical output. there are definitely several songs that equal or surpass "don't do the squirrel." if you've already explored his page, this info is redundant. if not, seach: peanut, lick hitler, mr bucket (extended dance remix), lime jelly grass(a renaldo and the loaf remix), mypsychologist and rap1.

speaking of renaldo and the loaf, if you haven't heard them, they're a residents-inspired (some would say a residents rip-off) duo and are all wacky and disjointed and shit, supposedly.

then there's this; "rockin retard" is the best because the music itself actually makes you laugh

Get your backside on WinMX, and download the entire works of Richard Cheese, especially his covers of "Holiday In Cambdodia", "I'm Only Happy When It Rains", "Shake Ya Ass", and his Limp Bizkit medley.

Amen on the Tinklers. Also, search Joey Welz, a former Comets (as in Bill Haley and the . . . ) keyboardist now off in his own musical world. Unfortunately, most of his many web sites now appear to be nonfunctional.

I'm positively convinced now that that's what Robert Smith originally meant the lyric to be, chaki.
