Help me ID a dance/electronic track with a vocal bit that sounds like this one part from Basement Jaxx's "Lucky Star", super duper please

I'm thinking it's recent (the past year or maybe past 5), and it's about 130 bpm or so, and there's this woman's voice that sounds a lot like the "eeeeee!!" bits from the "Look up, look out / jump up, jump up" part from Basement Jaxx's "Lucky Star" except not as high-pitched and maybe sounding more like "ahhhh!!" but very similar otherwise.

I know this is vague but if you'd heard the song you'd probably be reminded of the same thing.

FWIW it was actually Riuchi Sakamoto's "Riot In Lagos" which actually came out in 1980 (!!!!!!!!!!!) and doesn't even have vocal samples.
