Unwound is the best thing on this list (and that includes Soft Boys, and I'm a huge RH fan). Feel weird voting for it, though, 'cause it's really KRS. And Underwater Moonlight is a reissue anyway.

So once again it's Solex vs. someone else. This time Bardo Pond. As it happens, "Inside" from Dilate is one of the greatest songs ever, and probably the best Bardo Pond song to win over outsiders. So going with Dilate.

does dilate have lb on it? riff on that kills... am going to plump for modest mouse's night on the sun, as that song just kills me everytime, but the techno animal record's heavy and awesome too, and the soft boys reissue is golden.
