I've seen a few different people take credit for the earliest use of "punk" (in the early '70s) and, later on, "grunge." I saw a rep screening of Last Tango in Paris tonight, first time I've seen it in years, and Brando's character says both "pigfuck" and "fuck the police" during the course of the film. Elsewhere, he plays the harmonica.
