MBV's "What You Want" - something fishy about it?

just in the case that you happen to be unfamiliar with one of the greatest rock and roll albums in the history of forever.

I love the song, but the parts in Kevin Shields sings.... does anyone suspect that the hook is derived from some old-school nursery rhyme? I could swear I sang something similar in primary school. I mean this in the same way that Oasis's "ShakerMaker" is derived from "I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing" (a song I am also convinced that I sung in primary school). Not that MBV and Oasis compare remotely, but I needed to put it into context.

There's one tiny little bit where I can see the melody very slightly paralleling something like "ring a ring a rosy" but its only VERY vaguely so.

I think it just has that feel to it like the chorus of Nirvana "In Bloom" but not directly derivative from a nursery rhyme. This song is so great btw.
