WinMX may have a larger song pool from which to draw, but Soulseek is the p2p example of quality over quantity.

soulseek rools. nothing else matters right now

there's tons of stuff i miss abt. audiogalaxy but winmx and kazaa and all those craps certainly don't fill the void

There's probably plenty of good ones, but you can't say their names aloud or they'll be next on the RIAA hitlist.

soulseek is the bee's knees. i'm on a private opennap server that caters to people with weird tastes like mine and i've pretty much forsaken it for soulseek... i think the soulseek interface is kind of lame (you have to scroll constantly to see what's downloading and what failed), but there aren't too many leeches and there are plenty of people with interesting collections (lots of half-IDM, half power electronics nazoid ranting collections).
