Is it heretical to say I love "This is the Right Time" more than the other two singles? The bridge, the is-that-woodblock-percussion? on the chorus -- yum.

'all around the world' is the only song i recall from the album - particularly the "ay, ay, ay" bit. it's a blatantly repetitive song with a nice chorus hook nonetheless.

"All Around the World" came out around the time a friend of mine was still recovering from a messed-up relationship with a pathological liar (a bit unreliable in other ways as well), and he used to get very impatient and talk back to the song: yeah, so why did you act that way; of course he's gone now, etc. It's hard to communicate, but it was pretty funny, especially the first time around. (Maybe I was high at the time, too.)

I hadn't thought about "You Can't Deny It" in many years--thanks for reminding me of it. I probably would enjoy revisiting "This Is The Right Time," too.
